Ditton – the church and parish
There has been a Parish Church in Ditton for nearly 1,000 years and Christians have gathered in it week by week to worship God.
Those now living in Ditton, as well as visitors, have often requested information about St. Peter’s Church and Parish.
To meet this need, the Parochial Church Council asked a former resident and local historian, Dr. Alan Dodge, to write a short history (1978).
